Can a person marry someone to whom they are related? Can I marry someone who is currently in jail/prison/incarcerated?

Florida law prohibits marriage to any person who is related to you by 3 degrees of lineal consanguinity.

In order to apply for a marriage license both parties must be present at the clerk's office.
