I am an attorney filing for expungement, do I need to provide copies and self-addressed stamped envelopes? Will the clerk's office notify the State Attorney, Sheriff & FDLE? Can I e-file the expungement pleadings?

You will not need to provide paper copies or envelopes.  All parties will be served electronically.

Please ensure that you have provided an accurate email address for both the petitioner and attorney.

You may e-file the expungement pleadings.  Once an order has been entered all parties will be electronically served. If you are requesting a certified hard copy you may request one within 30 days following the entry of the order.  Fees are $1 per page and $2 for each certification.
