What do I need to bring with me for a background check?
Okaloosa county background checks are for adults age 18 and over and will include Misdemeanor; Felony and Criminal Traffic.
The criminal background check certificate will show any records held by Okaloosa county for the requested time period - not to exceed five years and will include a disposition of cases. $7.00 Records Search Certificate (Automatically generated)
$1.00 per page for any requested copy of a document
$2.00 for each certification of requested document
NOTE: If no record is found the search may be expedited. If a criminal record is found, it may require several working days for completion of the search and preparation of the certificate. The time needed depends on the amount of research required.
