How do I file for an Injunction for Protection?

The appropriate packet will need to be completed and the full name and a good address for the person you will be filing against will be required. The paperwork will be forwarded to a Judge for review.  If the Judge grants the temporary injunction, both the petitioner and respondent will be required to attend a hearing. At the hearing, the Judge will either deny the injunction or set it for an extended temporary time or even a permanent injunction deeming it in effect for as long as he/she feels necessary.
