Please return your marriage license to our office within 10 days (recommended to reduce the risk of loss or damage). When returned, the license will be recorded in the public record.  

If you or your spouse bring the license in you will be given a free certified copy and can obtain additional copies for $3.00 each.

If a third party brings in the completed license your certified copy will be mailed via US Mail to the address provided at the time of the application.
