If the ceremony has not taken place, the fee is $30. Both parties must return to obtain a replacement license - the issue, effective and expiration dates will remain the same as the original.

If the ceremony has taken place, the fee is $65.50. There are three affidavits that must be signed; one by the bride, groom, and officiant.   If a witness was utilized, a fourth affidavit signed by the witness must also be included.

You may have the affidavits notarized or a deputy clerk may place you under oath.  The oath fee is $3.50 per document.
