You can search your court date by going to: https://clerkapps.okaloosaclerk.com/CaseTracker. Enter your name and DOB and submit. For public case types, the clerk will be able to give the court date w/o identification.

If you are represented by an attorney you may wish to contact him or her for further information.

NOTE:  If your case is confidential in nature (injunction, adoption, dependency/juvenile cases, minor, etc.) you will NOT be able to view your court date online. The clerk's office may not divulge information or acknowledge confidential cases over the phone.  Your notification of hearing will be emailed or mailed (if no email on file) to you at the current address on file with the clerk's office.
