A declaration of Domicile is a sworn statement for proof of residency of this state. 

You may come in with a valid photo id. The identification is not required to be issued by the State of Florida, but should be a valid government issued ID.

The associated recording, oath and certificate fee is $18.50- $10.00 recording fee, $5.00 prep fee, and $3.50 oath fee.
