Recording Fees are $10 for the first page and $8.50 for each additional page.  We index 4 names at no charge.  Should the names exceed four it is an additional $1.00 per name.  In addition, documentary stamp tax may be due.

The amount of documentary stamp tax to be applied to the document is highly technical on these types of documents.  We suggest you consult the Florida Department of Revenue for an answer that is specific to your situation.
