When will my title be issued? What is required to have my title issued in a foreclosure case?

The title can be issued 10 days following the sale providing there are no objections or motions filed after the sale. The clerk issuing the title also has to wait for all of the 10th day docketing to be completed to ensure an objection or motion has not been filed.

If an objection/motion is filed the clerk cannot issue title until we receive a court order instructing us to do so.

Last, confirm the electronic sale fees have been paid. If the fees are outstanding, the title cannot be issued.

If you are a 3rd party bidder and have filed an assignment of bid, the assignment must first be recorded in official records before a title may be issued in the assigned name.
