Sale/auction fees should be paid through the e-filing portal at the time of case initiation. (FSF fees - formally known as FCS & JSEF).

NOTE: For older cases, where the fee was not paid at initiation, the sale fee may be paid through the e-filing portal prior to the sale.
Doc Stamps must be paid within 10 days of the date of the sale. Payment should be made by cashier's check or money order, mail or deliver to either clerks office location. Doc stamps cannot be paid via the e-filing portal at this time.
