How can I get my gun rights back? How can I purchase a new gun? How can I restore my civil rights?

To return guns (get them back):

If it is in a civil injunction case and the order / final judgment has the wording that the injunction will be “dismissed” on a specific date or that the injunction itself is “dismissed,” then all the respondent needs to do is take the order / final judgment to the sheriff's office (after it has been dismissed) to get their firearms back.

Although we are unable to look at your case specifically, if the order / final judgment has the wording that the injunction will “expire” on a specific date, then the respondent may file a motion for the return of firearms.

To purchase a new gun:

You must contact FDLE, Law Enforcement or an attorney for information on purchasing a new gun. The clerk's office is unable to provide information for the purchase of new guns.

Restoration of Civil Rights:

To restore your civil rights, please contact the Office of Executive Clemency at 850-488-2952 you may wish to visit www.fcor.state.fl.us for more information.
