I have an injunction hearing that includes OBO minor children, do I bring the children with me?

Children attending court hearings for injunctions

Generally:

If your case is set for hearing or granted a temporary order ONLY on behalf of a minor, if the child is going to testify, then they will need to be present.

If your case is set for hearing or granted a temporary order and the minor is covered by the nature of the injunction (i.e. child in common with petitioner and respondent), the minor is not required to testify and may appear with prior approval of the court.
