Yes, passports may be expedited depending on your needs.  You may elect to pay the additional fee to expedite your application. (normal time frame 4-6 weeks; expedited service 2-3 weeks; less than 2 weeks contact regional agency) There are a variety of delivery options available, as well. If you are submitting multiple expedited applications at the same time, the clerk fees are as follows: $61.35 for the application and $35 for each additional plus applicable US Dept. of State fees.

If you need a passport immediately, you should call the U.S. Dept. of State and make an appointment with a Regional Passport Agency. The locations for the closest Regional Passport Agencies may be located by visiting the travel.state.gov website. An appointment with a Regional Passport Agency should only be made if you plan to travel in less than 2 weeks, or your passport is needed within 4 weeks in order to obtain a foreign visa.
