How can I pay for my Traffic Ticket, Minor in Possession, Criminal Traffic, Misdemeanor or Felony (citation)? I cannot pay my ticket in full at this time, what can I do? Can I Pay online or on the phone?

Payment may be made in person, by US mail, online at www.okaloosaclerk.com or by telephone via our third party vendor nCourt 1-855-893-7926 (see below for exclusions). NOTE: Minors in possession citations may be made by hand delivery or US mail ONLY - payment should only be made AFTER contacting the State Attorney's office 850-651-7260 or DJJ 850-833-3906.

If your citation fee is more than $100, you may be eligible for a payment plan.  A payment plan will allow you to make monthly payments to the clerk's office without suspension of your driver's license. NOTE:  A defaulted payment plan will suspend your driver's license and will not be eligible for a new payment plan.

You may pay for the following case types online or via telephone:

Misdemeanor: May only be paid if Charges have been disposed, case is closed and no future hearing dates are scheduled. (Excluding Minors in Possession - Minors in possession payments must be made by hand delivery or US mail ONLY - Payment should only be made AFTER contacting the State Attorney's office 850-651-7260 or DJJ 850-833-3906)

Criminal Traffic - May only be paid if Charges have been Disposed, Case is closed and no future hearing dates are scheduled

Traffic - If mandatory court, May only be paid if Charges have been Disposed, Case is closed and no future hearing dates are scheduled otherwise pay within 30 days.

Felony - May only be paid if Charges have been Disposed, Case is closed and no future hearing dates are scheduled
