When applying for an Injunction, the plantiff's address can be listed as confidential. To accomplish this, the only documents within the injunction packet that are required to have the plantiff's address are the Request for Confidential Filing of Address form and the bottom of the Service Information Injunction for Protection form (Sheriff Sheet).
