Yes, a Florida license will be cleared electronically only for the ticket where payment has been received.  If your license is suspended for any other reason it will not clear in it's entirety until you have met all of the obligations.

If your license is from a state other than Florida, we will mail or email you a clearance letter.  You should provide that letter to your local Department of Motor Vehicles. 

NOTE: If your case has been sent to collections and payment is made through that agency, there is an approximate 3 day waiting period.
