Non-criminal citations are not issued warrants for non-payment. A $23 late fee is assessed to your case and your license will be suspended.

If after 90 days the payment has still not been paid, the case is sent to collections.  The collection agency adds an additional 40%.

Criminal citations - if you do not attend your hearing, the Judge MAY issue a capias/warrant.
