If your citation fee is more than $100, you may be eligible for a payment plan. A payment plan will allow you to make monthly payments to the clerk's office without suspension of your driver's license. NOTE: A defaulted payment plan will suspend your driver's license and will not be eligible for a new payment plan.

Misdemeanor: May only be paid if Charges have been disposed, case is closed and no future hearing dates are scheduled. Criminal Traffic - May only be paid if Charges have been Disposed, Case is closed and no future hearing dates are scheduled
Traffic - If mandatory court, May only be paid if Charges have been Disposed, Case is closed and no future hearing dates are scheduled otherwise pay within 30 days.
Felony - May only be paid if Charges have been Disposed, Case is closed and no future hearing dates are scheduled
