If you have an injunction but the address given for service has changed or the Sheriff could not serve at that address, you may contact the clerk's office to complete a new Sheriff's Information Sheet. This document allows you to update identifying information, including the address for the Respondent so the Sheriff may identify and serve the Respondent. Once this document has been received by the clerk, we will update the address for the Respondent and forward the order (if applicable) to the correct Sheriff for service using the new address that you have provided. You may file in person (with proper ID) or by using the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.
