You may come in and purchase certified copies for $3.00 each.  

If you are out of the area, you can order and pay online at www.clerkecertify.com providing that your date of marriage was more than 30 days ago and after 1983.  

For a marriage prior to 1983 you must submit a written request or apply in person.  Requests may be emailed to request@okaloosaclerk.com. 

A confirmation response will be emailed to you including information on fees and submission requirements.

To obtain an Apostille certification on your marriage license you must contact the Florida Department of Vital Statistics at 904-359-6900 ext. 9000. This is typically done in order to register your license in a different country. Additional information is available at http://www.floridahealth.gov.
