My cash bond has been released and/or I am getting a refund/disbursement check and need to update my address, what do I do?

BONDS:

If you were previously issued a check refund for a cash bond deposit, but you did not receive the check, complete the forms located here: https://www.okaloosaclerk.com/wp-content/uploads/Request-to-Reissue-Bond-Refund-Check-2.pdf

Follow the instructions on the forms and file with the Clerk of Court's office.

Only with this process will the clerk's office be able to update the bond information ensuring any refund is submitted to the correct address.

NOTE:  Address changes not timely filed may result in your check being sent to the previous address on file. To ensure delivery you may also wish to update your address with the US Postal Service by visiting https://www.usps.com/ or appearing in person at your closet US Postal Service location.

REFUNDS or DISBURSEMENTS:

You may file a change of address form in the corresponding court case. The clerk's office will update your address in the case.
