The clerk is not an enforcement agency, you have 3 options:

1. File contempt on your own; paperwork can be located at flcourts.org. 

2. Hire an attorney to file contempt on your behalf 

3. Contact the State of Florida Child Support Enforcement Agency, Department of Revenue, and request they enforce your court order
