A subpoena may be requested for preparedness or issuance in court cases. 

If you request the clerk to prepare and issue the subpoena the fees are $7 per party being subpoenaed.

If you prepare the subpoena and the clerk issues the subpoena the fees are $2 per party being subpoenaed.

It will be your responsibility to provide the correct Name and Address for the person being subpoenaed. 

The sheriff or process server will assess service fees in addition to the above listed.
